Los Film Independent Spirit Awards 2024 celebran al cine independiente estadounidense de la temporada . La ceremonia de entrega fue este 25 de febrero y Past Lives se llevó los galardones a Mejor director y Mejor película.
Los Spirit Awards siempre son una gran oportunidad para reconocer a películas que, por su alcance, temática o presupuesto, suelen pasar desapercibidas por otras entregas de premios. Algunas de las películas premiadas en los Spirit Awards han sido The Lost Daughter, Uncut Gems, The Lighthouse, If Beale Street Could Talk, The Witch, Nightcrawler, Aftersun y The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
